Türkiye’nin, laik demokratik sosyal hukuk devleti olabilmesi, sahip olduğu yer üstü ve yeraltı kaynaklarının millet adına kullanılabilmesi, ülkenin emperyalistlerin tasallutundan kurtulabilmesi için, bu sorunun anayasal çözümü gerçekleşmelidir…

Tüm yurttaşları ikna edebilmeli ve akıllarında hiçbir kuşkuya yer bırakmamalıdır… Kısaca; düğümü çözen en etkin yol, samimiyet ve güven vermek olacaktır…

Bir eliyle barışı uzatırken, diğer eliyle hak hukuk, adalet ve de siyasete sığmayan kayyum atamalarına atılan imza, dürüstlük ve siyasi ahlaktan uzaktır! Tunceli ve Ovacık Belediyelerine kayyum atama sırasında o belediyeleri seçen insanlara karşı uygulanan orantısız polis şiddeti, Cumhur İttifakı’nın samimiyetini bir kez daha sorgulatmıştır…
Korkarım ki art niyetli davranış, Kürt sorununun çözümünü engelleyecektir…

Uygulanmaya çalışılan bu sözde çözüm, yine bir şova dönüştür ve sonunda vazgeçilirse, bundan sonra Kürt /Türk barışı, bir ve beraberce yaşama sevinci, umut olmaktan çıkar… Böyle bir tehlike yakınımızda duruyor.
Çünkü Kürt sorununun çözümü için el uzatan Bahçeli’nin Erdoğan’a; “yeni yüzyılın kurtarıcı lideri olarak sizi görmek istiyoruz” sözleri, ilginç yorumlara gebe…
Yeni anayasa yapılması amacının “Erdoğan’ın Cumhurbaşkanlığında kalıcı olması için olduğu” söylemi, Kürt sorununa bakışın sadece Cumhur İttifakı’nın çıkarı doğrultusunda olduğunu gösteriyor… Yani; Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ının Cumhurbaşkanı koltuğunda ölene dek kalması için yapılan bir aldatmaca olduğu kuşkusu öne çıkıyor…

Bahçeli ve Erdoğan’ın kişiliklerini tanıyan ve hedefini bilen aklı başında olan herkes, ortada görülen samimiyetsizliğin farkında… Bu durum, vahim bir geleceğin ürkütücü sinyallerini veriyor... Daha işin başında oynan oyun, laik demokrasi adına umut edilen sonuca ulaşılamayacağını gösteriyor… Umudun bittiği yerde yaşam olmaz!

Prof. Ali Koç, Türkiye’nin tarım ekonomisi üzerine uzmanlaşmış en önde gelen akademisyeni… Türkiye’deki siyasetin özellikle muhalefetin, akademisyenlerin hazırladıkları raporlara ve de söylediklerine kulak vermemesinden yakınıyor… Siyasetin kısır çekişmesinden şikâyet ediyor… Hele hele kulaktan dolma sözlerle milletin yanıltılmasına çok kızıyor… Türkiye’nin siyasiler tarafından “kayıkçı kavgası” içine çekilmesinin içini çok acıttığını ifade ediyor… Yazdıklarını okuyunca hak vermemek mümkün değil…

CHP ile ilgili küçük bir bölümü paylaşmak isterim… Koç diyor ki; “En az 30 yıldır Türkiye, AB, ABD ve son 15 yıldır da Çin'in tarım ve kırsal kalkınma politikalarını takip ediyorum. Türkiye'de uygulanan tarım politikasının etki analizlerini yapan neredeyse tek akademisyenim. AB'de komisyonun desteklediği Tarımsal Modelleme Platformu (AGMEMOD) ve tarımsal politika modeli (APM) platformlarının Türkiye'den üyesiyim.
2015 yılında tarım ve gıda piyasaları izleme komitesi (o zamanki 6 bakanlık müsteşarı, merkez bankası ve TÜİK başkanlarının olduğu komite) akademik danışmanlığını yaptım ve gıda enflasyonu ile ilgili çalışmalar yürüttüm.
Fakat bugüne kadar CHP’nin tarım ve kırsal kalkınma politika kararlarının oluşmasında beni arayan hiç kimse olmadı… Ayrıca CHP’nin Gölge Tarım Bakanı’nın kim olduğunu dahi bilmiyorum, fakat tahmin ediyorum ki, AKP döneminde hangi mevzuatlar çıktı, hangi politikalar uygulandı, kimlere hangi yollarla hangi rantlar aktarıldı, AB ve diğer dünya ülkelerinde neler yapılıyor farkında değil… CHP sahip olduğu potansiyeli ve ülkede oluşan birikimi kullanamıyor, bu durumu da üzülerek izliyorum.”

An important process has begun for the solution of the Kurdish issue... I would like to say from the beginning what I will say last. While extending peace with one hand, signing trustee appointments with the other hand that do not fit into rights, law, justice and politics is far from honesty and political ethics! The disproportionate police violence against the people who elected the municipalities of Tunceli and Ovacık during the appointment of trustees has once again questioned the sincerity of the People's Alliance...
I am afraid that malicious behavior will prevent the solution of the Kurdish issue…

Because Bahçeli's words to Erdoğan, "We want to see you as the savior leader of the new century", reaching out to solve the Kurdish issue, are pregnant with interesting interpretations...
The statement that the purpose of making a new constitution is “to ensure that Erdoğan remains in the presidency” shows that the view on the Kurdish issue is only in line with the interests of the People's Alliance… In other words; the suspicion that it is a deception made so that Recep Tayyip Erdoğan remains in the presidency until his death comes to the fore…

My friend Prof. Ali Koç, an academic at Akdeniz University whose views I value very much, sent me a message the other day that saddened me and expressed the truth…
Prof. Ali Koç is Turkey's most prominent academic specializing in agricultural economics... He complains about the fact that politics in Turkey, especially the opposition, does not listen to the reports prepared by academics and what they say... He complains about the sterile conflict in politics... He is especially angry that the nation is being misled by hearsay... He states that it hurts him very much that Turkey is being dragged into a "boatman's fight" by politicians... It is impossible not to agree with what he writes...

I would like to share a small section about CHP… Koç says; “I have been following the agricultural and rural development policies of Turkey, EU, USA and China for at least 30 years. I am almost the only academic who does impact analysis of agricultural policy implemented in Turkey. I am a member from Turkey of the Agricultural Modeling Platform (AGMEMOD) and agricultural policy model (APM) platforms supported by the EU commission.
In 2015, I served as an academic advisor to the agricultural and food markets monitoring committee (the committee that included the then 6 ministry undersecretaries, the central bank and TÜİK presidents) and conducted studies on food inflation.
But so far, no one has sought me out in the formation of CHP's agricultural and rural development policy decisions... I also don't even know who the CHP's Shadow Minister of Agriculture is, but I'm guessing that he is not aware of what legislation was enacted during the AKP period, what policies were implemented, what profits were transferred to whom and through what means, what is being done in the EU and other world countries... CHP cannot use the potential it has and the accumulation it has accumulated in the country, and I watch this situation with sadness."

Appreciating the knowledgeable actually means respecting the people… Self-criticism also shows that we respect ourselves… I would like to remind some people that the saying “Don’t put the blame on yourself before you put the blame on someone else” is a very meaningful saying… It should be known that mistakes stemming from “inexperience or ego” harm our country and our citizens… It weakens the power in democratic solutions…
