Aklı selimle ve hakkaniyetle bakan herkes, AK parti iktidarının son on yılında belli dönemler hariç, uçağın burnunun sürekli iniş modunda olduğunu ve buradan yukarıya dönük bir hamle yapmasının artık mümkün olmadığını rahatlıkla görebilir.

Esas itibariyle 2015 yılında 7 Haziran seçimleriyle başlayan iniş süreci iyi analiz edilip toplumun verdiği mesaj doğru okunamadığı için, kaybetme psikolojisi giderek bir travmaya dönüşmüş bulunuyor.

Belli aralıklarla seçmenin yaptığı uyarıları dikkate almayan AK Parti, sonunda 31 Mart seçimlerinde yaşadığı hezimetle yüzleşmek zorunda kaldı. Ve bizzat Cumhurbaşkanı Tayyip Erdoğan tarafından dillendirilen “Hatalarımızı düzeltmeliyiz, yoksa güneşin altında eriyen kar gibi eririz” sözleriyle yeni bir toparlanma umudu ortaya çıktı.

Ama ne hikmetse bu toparlanma söylemlerinin ömrü de kısa sürdü. Çünkü AK Parti ilk kez hiç yaşamadığı bir mağlubiyet travmasıyla karşı karşıyaydı, kuruluşundan bu yana hep galibiyetlerin partisi oldu, bu yüzden de kaybetmenin yarattığı psikolojik tahribatı nasıl yöneteceğini bilmiyordu. Muhtemelen bundan sonraki süreçte hatalarını düzeltmeye çalışacaktır ama öğrendiğinde AK Parti için çok geç olabilir.

Oysa CHP lideri Özgür Özel’in 31 Mart seçiminden galibiyetle çıkmış olmasına ve AK Parti’ye hiç ihtiyacı olmamasına rağmen, Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan’dan randevu talep etmesi Türk siyasetinin nefes alması açısından büyük bir fırsattı. Nitekim Erdoğan- Özelgörüşmeleri vesilesiyle, yine bizzat Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğantarafından dillendirilen ‘yumuşama’ söylemleri toplumda normalleşme umudunu canlandırmış ve önemli bir beklenti oluşturmuştu.

Bu görüşmeler vesilesiyle de yaşayarak öğrendik ki AK Parti’nin, MHP Genel Başkanı Devlet Bahçeli’den izin almadan ‘yumuşama’ adımı atması, Türkiye’yi normalleştirecek bir demokrasi iklimine geri dönmesi asla mümkün değildir. Nitekim ‘yumuşama’ işine bozulan Bahçeli önce “AK Parti-CHP ittifak kursun” diyerek AK Parti’ye aba altından sopa gösterdi, sonra da normalleşme adımlarını ‘sinsi emeller’ olarak niteledi. Mesajı alan Erdoğan doğrudan Özgür Özel’e yüklenerek “Bir kibarlık getirelim dedik, CHP’nin başındaki arkadaş bizi hazmedemedi” diyerek yumuşamayı bitiren son noktayı koydu.

Ve böylece AK Parti yeniden 31 Mart mağlubiyetini yaratan o toplumla gönül köprülerini yıkan jakoben AK Parti genlerine geri dönmüş oldu. Aslında henüz hiçbir şey değişmemişti, sadece toplum “acaba siyasette bir normalleşme olur mu” diye bir umuda kapılmıştı o kadar… Anlaşıldı ki bu yalancı bir baharmış, bulutların arasından güneş kısa süreliğine göründü ve kayboldu.

Yumuşama, normalleşme rüyasına kimin ne kadar inandığını kestirmek elbette zor ama ‘kaybetme’ psikolojisinin AK Parti’de kalıcı hale geldiği kesin… Çünkü bir kez daha gördük ki AK Parti’nin Türkiye’de ikinci parti olmasına yol açan zihniyet yapısından kurtularak yeni bir değişim adımı atması pek mümkün gözükmüyor.

Hiç lafı dolandırmadan söyleyelim ‘yumuşama’ izni alabilmek için MHP’nin kapısında bekleyen AK parti, toplumun hafızasına siyasi irade gücü zayıf bir parti olarak nakşolmuştur.

Şimdi siyaset AK parti için biraz daha zorlaşmış bulunuyor. Maalesef Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan, partinin DNA’sıyla fazla oynadığı için, şu anda ortada bir AK Parti varlığından söz etmek zor. Ayrıca partinin de devletin bütün kurumlarının da Erdoğan’a bağlı olduğu bir sistemde partiye de ihtiyaç yok zaten... Hal böyle olunca 31 Mart’tan bu yana dillendirilen “hatalarımızı düzelterek yeni bir değişim adımı atalım”benzeri söylemlerin hiçbir kıymeti-harbiyesi kalmamış bulunuyor.

Eğer AK Parti bir yolunu bulup Türkiye’nin normalleşmesini sağlayacak ‘yumuşama’ politikalarını sürdürmek için Bahçeli’den icazetalamazsa, bilmeli ki bu yeni sürecin de kaybedeni AK Parti olacaktır.

Kabul edelim ki CHP lideri Özgür Özel 31 Mart galibiyetinden bu yana, hiçbir alanı boş bırakmadan sürekli “kazan-kazan” politikası uyguluyor ve de bu süreci başarıyla yürütüyor. Sürecin başında CHP içindeki ulusalcı sol kesim, Özel’in bu politikasını bir bakıma ‘taviz’olarak görüp burun kıvırmıştı.

Ama zaman ilerledikçe anlaşıldı ki CHP iktidara yönelik bütün eleştirilerine rağmen, memleket meseleleri konusunda hiçbir komplekse kapılmadan Erdoğan’la müzakere ederek bütün bir topluma uzlaşı fotoğrafı verirken, AK Parti kendi ortaya attığı “yumuşama” politikalarından bile yan çizen bir parti görüntüsü veriyor.

Anyone who looks at it with common sense and fairness can easily see that, except for certain periods in the last decade of the AK Party government, the nose of the plane was in constant descent mode and it was no longer possible to make an upward move from here.

The psychology of loss has increasingly turned into a trauma, as the decline process, which essentially started with the June 7 elections in 2015, was not analyzed well and the message given by the society was not read correctly. 

The AK Party, which ignored the warnings made by the voters at regular intervals, had to face the defeat it suffered in the March 31 elections. And with the words uttered by President Tayyip Erdoğan himself , "We must correct our mistakes, otherwise we will melt like snow melting under the sun," a new hope for recovery emerged.

But for some reason, these recovery discourses were short-lived. Because for the first time, the AK Party was facing a defeat trauma that it had never experienced before. It had always been the party of victories since its establishment, so it did not know how to manage the psychological damage caused by losing. He will probably try to correct his mistakes in the future, but when he finds out, it may be too late for the AK Party.

However, although CHP leader Özgür Özel won the March 31 election and did not need the AK Party at all, his request for an appointment from President Erdoğan was a great opportunity for Turkish politics to breathe. As a matter of fact, on the occasion of Erdoğan-Private meetings, the 'softening' discourses voiced by President Erdoğanhimself revived the hope of normalization in the society and created an important expectation.

Through these meetings, we learned through experience that it is never possible for the AK Party to take a 'detente' step without permission from MHP Chairman Devlet Bahçeli and to return to a climate of democracy that will normalize Turkey. As a matter of fact, Bahçeli, who was upset with the 'softening' business, first showed the AK Party a stick by saying "AK Party-CHP should form an alliance" , and then described the normalization steps as 'insidious ambitions'. Erdoğan, who received the message, directly blamed Özgür Özel and said , "We wanted to bring some politeness, but the friend at the head of the CHP could not tolerate us," and put the final point in the softening.

And thus, the AK Party returned to its Jacobin AK Party genes, which destroyed the bridges of hearts with the society that created the March 31 defeat. In fact, nothing had changed yet, it was just that the society was hoping that there would be a normalization in politics ... It turned out that this was a false spring, the sun appeared through the clouds for a short time and disappeared.

Of course, it is difficult to predict who believes in the dream of softening and normalization, but it is certain that the psychology of 'losing' has become permanent in the AK Party... Because we have seen once again that the AK Party has taken a new step of change by getting rid of the mentality that caused it to become the second party in Turkey. It doesn't seem possible to throw it.

Let's say it without beating around the bush: The AK party, which waited at the door of the MHP to get permission for 'softening' , has been engraved in the memory of the society as a party with weak political will power.

Now politics has become a little more difficult for the AK party. Unfortunately, it is difficult to talk about the existence of an AK Party at the moment, as President Erdoğan has played with the DNA of the party too much. Moreover, there is no need for a party in a system where the party and all institutions of the state are affiliated with Erdoğan ... As such, discourses such as "Let's take a new step of change by correcting our mistakes" that have been voiced since March 31 are of no value.

If the AK Party cannot find a way to get permission from Bahçeli to continue the 'softening' policies that will normalize Turkey , it should know that the AK Party will be the loser in this new process. Let's face it, CHP leader Özgür Özel has been constantly implementing a "win-win" policy since his victory on March 31, without leaving any field vacant, and has been carrying out this process successfully. At the beginning of the process, the nationalist left within the CHP turned their noses up at Özel's policy, seeing it as a 'concession' .

But as time progressed, it became clear that, despite all its criticism of the government, the CHP presented a picture of reconciliation to the whole society by negotiating with Erdoğan without any complexes about the issues of the country, while the AK Party gave the impression of a party that sidestepped even its own "detente" policies.
