Bugün kısmetse Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi’ne günlerdir beklenen iadeyi ziyaretini gerçekleştirecek. Erdoğan, CHP liderinin 2 Mayıs’taki ziyaretinin ertesi günü yaptığı açıklamada, Özel’in genel başkan olduktan sonra böyle bir ziyaret gerçekleştirmiş olmasının iktidar ve ana muhalefet arasında olumlu bir gelişme olduğunu ifade etmiş, kendisinin de en kısa zamanda CHP’ye iadeyi ziyarette bulunacağını söylemişti:

“Ben de Özgür Beye ilk fırsatta böyle bir ziyaretin karşılığını yapacağımı söyledim. Türkiye’nin buna ihtiyacı var. Türk siyasetinin buna ihtiyacı var. İlk fırsatta da bu ziyareti gerçekleştirerek Türkiye’de siyasetin yumuşama sürecini başlatalım istiyorum. Bu adımı da atacağız.” (3 Mayıs)

Erdoğan’ın “yumuşama sürecinden” bahsetmesi aynı zamanda “sertlik döneminin” varlığının bir itirafıdır elbette.

Ve haklı ülkemizin de ülkemiz siyasetinin de “bir yumuşama sürecine” ihtiyacı var. Bugün Erdoğan’ın CHP Genel Merkezi’ne yapacağı ziyaret bu yumuşama sürecinin devamı niteliğini taşıyacak.

Siyaset yumuşadığında toplum anında yumuşar. Siyasette kutuplaşma bittiğinde toplumsal kutuplaşma anında çözülür.

En kötü diyalog bile diyalogsuzluktan daha iyidir.

CHP lideri Özel görüşme sonrasında yaptığı açıklamada, Erdoğan’la 2 saate yakın süren görüşmesinde “asgari ücret sorunundan emeklilerinin durumuna kadar, öğretmen atamalarından deprem sorununa kadar” kamuoyunun gündeminde ne kadar can yakan sorun varsa tamamını gündeme getirdiğini ifade etmiş bu görüşmenin “Türkiye demokrasisi açısından önemli bir kilometre taşı olduğunu” söylemişti.

Pek tabiidir ki; kimsenin kimseyi dinlemediği Meclis kürsüsünden Gezi Davasında yaşanan hukuksuzlukları, adalet sorunlarını dile getirmekle, ülkenin Cumhurbaşkanı ile ana muhalefet partisi liderinin karşılıklı oturarak, samimi bir hava içerisinde çaylarını kahvelerini içerlerken Gezi Davasının yarattığı adaletsizliğin bu ülkenin insanlarını nasıl etkilediğini -kişisel bir olay üzerinden- Tayfun Kahraman’ın kızının mektubunu vererek anlatması aynı şey değil.

İlki polemiğin ötesine geçirmez, hatta karşı tarafın daha da inatlaşmasını sağlar, ikincisi ise netice aldırabilir.

Yine partilerin birbirlerine parmak sallayarak konuştuğu Meclis kürsüsünden iktidarı Anayasa Mahkemesinin kararlarını uygulamaması üzerinden eleştirmekle, samimi bir ortamda ana muhalefet partisi lideri olarak AYM kararlarının uygulanmamasının ülke ekonomisine verdiği zararları anlatmak aynı şey değil mi?

Özgür Özel, belediyelere yönelik baskıların durdurulmasını istediğini, 28 Şubat Davası dahil olmak üzere cezaevindeki sağlık durumu elverişli olmayan mahkumların tahliye edilmesini talep ettiğini açıklamıştı.

2 Mayıs’ta gerçekleşen toplantıda Özel’in gündeme getirdiği taleplerden sadece ikisiyle ilgili gelişme oldu. Özgür Özel 28 Şubat Davasında hüküm giyenler dahil olmak üzere sağlık durumu elverişli olmayan bütün mahkumların tahliye edilmesini talep etmişti. Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan ise Anayasa’nın 104. Maddesinin 16. Fıkrasındaki yetkisini kullanarak sadece 28 Şubat davasında hüküm giyen Çevik Bir, Çetin Doğan, Fevzi Türkeri, Erol Özkasnak ve Aydan Erol’un kalan cezalarını kaldırarak tahliye edilmelerini sağladı.

Bir de CHP ve iktidar bakanları arasında iletişim kanalları açıldı.

Ülkenin içinde olduğu durumu görünce alınan netice “yeterli” değil ama şimdilik başlangıç için bu kadarına bile “evet” diyorum. Sonuçta hiç de burun kıvırılacak, ağız bükülecek gelişmeler değil, sonuçta hiç yoktan iyidir. Erdoğan- Özel görüşmesinden sonra bütün kamuoyunun beklentisi Osman Kavala ve Can Atalay konusunda bir gelişme olacağına dairdi. Olmadı. Osman Kavala’nın yeniden yargılanma talebinin bu süreçte reddedilmesi ise muhalif kesimde Özgür Özel’in hanesine eksi olarak yazıldı.

Ancak şu da bir gerçek Erdoğan’ın bu kadar mesele edindiği, söylediği keskin sözlerle kendini bağladığı, kişisel hesaplaşmaya dönüştürdüğü Osman Kavala ve Can Atalay konusunda hemen bir adım atması kolay olmayacak.

Saflık olarak görmeyin ama Erdoğan ve Özel görüşmelerinin devam etmesi durumunda Osman Kavala, Can Atalay ve içeride olan diğer hukuk mağdurlarıyla ilgili iyi neticeler alınacağına dair umutlu olmak istediğimi söylemeliyim.

Sonuçta 31 Mart seçimlerinden büyük bir yenilgiyle çıkan Erdoğan’ın da her ne kadar dört yıl boyunca bir seçim yoksa bile bu süreçte kendi iktidarını güçlendirmeye, seçmen nezdinde kaybettiği itibarını kazanmaya, AK Parti’den kopan oyları geri getirmeye ihtiyacı var, yani bir şeyler yapması gerekiyor.

Osman Kavala, Can Atalay, Selahattin Demirtaş başta olmak üzere aynı durumda cezaevinde tutuklu olanların AİHM ve AYM karalarına uyularak tahliye edilmeleri gerekiyor. Ekonomiyi düzeltmek isteyen Erdoğan da sonuçta bunu görüyor.

Yeter ki AK Parti ve CHP arasında iletişim kanalları açık olsun. CHP’nin AK Partiyi çekeceği yer ülkeye fayda sağlar. Sonuçta dört yıl boyunca seçim yok ve ülkemizin can yakıcı sorunlarından hepimiz etkileniyoruz.

Özel ile görüşmeye devam etmesi, CHP ile iletişim kanallarının güçlenmesi Erdoğan’a yeni bir yol bulması ve ülkeyi bu cenderen çıkarması için bir fırsat verebilir.
