Erzincan İliç’teki doğa cinayetiyle açığa çıkan gerçeklerin her biri ayrı yazı konusu. Bütün bunların temeline AKP’nin iktidara gelişindeki, getirilişindeki hedefleri koymak gerekir.
AKP’nin 3 Kasım 2002’de başlayan iktidarına öncelikle rejime yönelik tehlikeler bağlamında yaklaşıldı. Elbette bunda gerçeklik payı vardı. AKP’nin küresel sermayeye her türlü garantiyi verdiği, 12 Eylül 1980 darbe yönetiminden sonra Turgut Özal’ın yapamadıklarını tamamlamaya söz verdiği gerçeği asıl olandı.
Prof. Dr. Bilsay Kuruç’un değerlendirmesiyle AKP iktidarları döneminde Türkiye’ye 1 trilyon dolar girdi, Türkiye’den 3 trilyon dolar çıktı. Bunun özü Türkiye’nin 80 yıllık kazanımlarını satmak ya da kapatmaktı. Pek çok alıcı, “Üretime devam edeceğiz” sözü verip birkaç ay sonra demirbaşları sattı, arazileri betonlaştırdı.
Satamadıklarını, “Hammadde yok” diye kapattılar. Bunların en acısı SSK’nin 2005’te kapatılan ilaç fabrikasıydı. İlaç tekelleri böyle istiyordu.

Küresel sermayenin başlıca isteklerinden biri Türkiye’nin maden sahalarının çokuluslu şirketlere (ÇUŞ) açılmasıydı. 2004 yılında başlayan maden yasasını değiştirme süreci hiç bitmedi. ÇUŞ’lar mevcut yasalara uyacağına, yasalar onlara uyduruldu. Buna rağmen tatmin olmadılar. Verilen her ödünden sonra sıraya yenisini koydular.

13 Şubat’ta toprağın ayağa kalkmasıyla ortaya çıkan cinayetle ilgili altı kişinin tutuklandığı bilgisi dışında ayrıntı yok. Bu kişilerin cinayetin hangi aşamasından sorumlu oldukları da belli değil. Asıl failler mi, azmettirenler mi, yardım ve yataklık edenler mi?
Ulaşabildiğimiz bilgiler kadarıyla üçüncü şık önde. Bölgede görev yapmış bir yurttaşımızın değerlendirmesi şu:
“Madenin çevreye yapacağı etkileri en iyi ruhsat sahipleri biliyor. Bunu azaltacak önlemlerle ilgili yerel halkın içinden bazılarını seçip şirketler kurdurdular, para verdiler. Güya yatırım yapıp zararı azaltacaklardı. Tutuklananların onlardan olduğu kanısına sahibim.”
Resmi açıklama yapılmadığı için kesin kanaat ortaya koymayalım. Ancak bu olağanüstü gizlilik fısıltı gazetesinin tirajını arttırıyor!
30’a yakın her biri ötekinden zehirli madde için “evsel atık” diyebilen, köylülerin dava açmaması için para karşılığı iradelerini tutuklayabilen her şeyi yapar!

AKP için her yöntem geçerli olduğundan şu propagandanın da alıcısı oldu:
- Lozan’da madenleri işletmemizi yasaklayan maddeler vardı. 100 yıl dolunca kalkacak!
Memleketi sömürgeleştirmenin bundan âlâ kılıfı olmaz.
Ne demeli? Ülkeyi satan, gerekçesini hazırlar!
AKP öncesindeki 80 yıl boyunca verilen madencilik ruhsatı sayısı 1200’ü bulmazken AKP döneminde 400 bine yaklaştı. Bu “ruhsat” değil “ruh sat”!
Madencilik elbette bir ülkenin kalkınması için olmazsa olmaz alanlardan birisi. Ancak AKP’nin yaptığı yurt madenlerini işletmek değil, çevreye verdiği zararları dikkate almaksızın peşkeş çekmek!
