Ankara’da her Kabine değişikliği öncesinde yaşanan trafik işlemeye başladı. Siyasi fay hatları harekete geçti. ‘Bakan toto’ oynanmaya, hangi bakanlar gidecek diye konuşulmaya başlandı. 48 saatin durum raporunu verecek olursam; Kabine değişikliği beklentisi oluştu, değişecek isimler diye bazı bakan isimleri ortalıkta dolaşmaya başladı. Ama henüz şu bakan gidecek, şu isim Kabine’ye girecek aşamasına gelinmedi.
ERDOĞAN İŞARET ETTİ
Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan’ın “Genel başkan yardımcılarında aynı şekilde değişiklikler olabilir. Kabinemizde biliyorsunuz iki arkadaşımız değişime tabi oldu. Şimdi bu yeni süreçte de hem genel başkan yardımcılarında bazı değişiklikler olabileceği gibi, aynı şekilde Kabine’de de duruma göre değerlendirmelerimizi yaparız. Orada da bazı değişiklikler olabilir” açıklaması Kabine değişikliği beklentisini oluşturdu.
Ancak Erdoğan’ın açıklamasının iki ayağı var.
KONGRE BEKLENEBİLİR
1 “Genel başkan yardımcılıklarında da değişiklik olabilir” dedi.
Bu ne zaman olacak? AK Parti’nin kongre süreci başladı. 2025 yılı nisan-mayıs ayında büyük kongre var. Genel başkan yardımcılıklarının kongreden sonra değişmesi bekleniyor. Önceden kongrede parti yönetimi değişir, ardından da kabine değişikliği yaşanırdı. Bu kez de aynı şekilde olacağı belli değil. Ama genel beklenti o geleneğin sürmesi yönünde. Çünkü parti yönetiminden alınan bazı isimlerin Kabine’de değerlendirilmesi gibi bir yöntem izlenebilir.
KABİNE’DE KÖKLÜ DEĞİŞİM OLUR MU
2 Erdoğan, uzun süredir Kabine’de geniş çaplı değişiklikler yapmıyor. Seçimlerden sonra yeni Kabine’yi kurarken iki bakan hariç silbaştan yenilemişti. Bu kez köklü bir değişiklik beklentisi yok. Ancak performansından memnun olmadığını düşündüğü isimlerin değişmesi bekleniyor. İhtiyaç olduğunda büyük kongreyi beklemeden, aksayan isimler değişebilir deniliyor.
BUGÜNDEN YARINA DEĞİL
Sinyal Cumhurbaşkanı’ndan geldiği için hangi bakanlar gidiyor diye araştırılması doğal. Ama birincisi geniş çapı bir değişiklik beklenmiyor. İkincisi ise bugünden yarına bir Kabine değişikliği gündemde değil.

BAKANLIK BEKLEYENLER
‘Bakan toto’ oynanmasının arkasında sadece Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan’ın yaptığı açıklama yok. Bir de bakanlık beklentisi içinde olanların kulisleri harekete geçirmesi gibi bir durum söz konusu. Bu tür konjonktürleri fırsata çevirmek isteyenler var. Bu siyasetin doğasında olan bir şey. Lacivertlerini hazırlayıp bekleyenler, telefonumu kimse meşgul etmesin Külliye’den aranırım diye bekleyen var. Hatta son dönemlerde medyada görünür olmak için yoğun bir çaba içine girenler de söz konusu.
BAKAN TOTO
Öyle ki kim hangi bakanın gitmesini istiyorsa, kim hangi bakanlığa gelmek istiyorsa onun ismini kulislere sızdırıyor. Ama bu aşamada şu bakan gidecek, şu isim bakan olacak diye sağlıklı ve güvenilir bir bilgi yok.
KILIÇDAROĞLU İLE İMAMOĞLU ANLAŞTI İDDİASI
Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu’nun bir TV kanalında Ekrem İmamoğlu’na ilişkin açıklamalarını izlerken şaşırdım dersem doğru olmaz. Hele hele Ekrem İmamoğlu ile ilişkisini anlatırken ”Baba oğul gibiyiz” demesine, “Bu kadarı da fazla” diye itiraz etmem gerekiyordu. Çünkü “Baba oğul gibiyiz” dedikten sonra birbirlerinin arkasından çevirmedikleri entrika kalmadı.
Önce kısaca yaşananlara değineceğim, sonra İmamoğlu- Kılıçdaroğlu ittifakı nasıl kuruldu o tarihi hatırlatacağım.
SEÇİM SABAHI VİDEOSU
Kılıçdaroğlu, Ekrem İmamoğlu’nun en büyük hayali olan cumhurbaşkanı adaylığını engelleyerek önünü kesmiş oldu.
Ama Ekrem İmamoğlu da bunun rövanşını almakta gecikmedi. 28 Mayıs 2023 tarihinde cumhurbaşkanlığı seçiminin ikinci turu yapıldı. Kılıçdaroğlu kaybetti, Erdoğan kazandı. Ekrem İmamoğlu, 29 Mayıs sabahı bir video yayınlayarak Kılıçdaroğlu’nun devrilmesi için düğmeye bastı.
28 Mayıs’ı 29 Mayıs’a bağlayan gece çekilen videonun planlamasının önceden yapıldığı, seçim sonuçları netleşince harekete geçildiği ortaya çıktı.
Kılıçdaroğlu için sonun başlangıcı o video ile başladı.
EKREM’İ SIRTINDAN AT DEMİŞTİ
Kılıçdaroğlu ihanete uğradığını söyledi, kurultay konuşmasında sırtında hançerlerle dolaştığını açıkladı; o hançerlerin birinin Meral Akşener’e diğerinin ise Ekrem İmamoğlu’na ait olduğu söylendi.
Özgür Özel, genel başan seçildikten sonra eşiyle birlikte Kılıçdaroğlu’nu evinde ziyaret etmişti. Kılıçdaroğlu orada “Bir an önce Ekrem’i sırtından at. Emenatçi olursan genel başkan olamazsın. Ne istiyorsan yaparım, sana destek olurum” demişti.

NORMALLEŞME SÜRECİNE KARŞI
1 Özgür Özel’in normalleşme sürecini başlatıp Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan’ı ziyaret etmesinden rahatsız olan Kılıçdaroğlu sert bir tweet atarak tepki gösterdi.
2 Kılıçdaroğlu ile birlikte hareket eden bazı isimler, Ekrem İmamoğlu ile Kılıçdaroğlu arasında köprü kurmaya çalıştı.
3 CHP kurultayından sonra Ekrem İmamoğlu’nun telefonlarına çıkmayan Kılıçdaroğlu diyaloğa yeşil ışık yaktı.
DÖNÜM NOKTASI
4 Ekrem İmamoğlu, 21 Ağustos 2024 tarihinde Kılıçdaroğlu’nu evinde ziyaret etti. Bu ziyaret bir dönüm noktası oldu. Ekrem İmamoğlu’nun görüşme sırasında Özgür Özel’in partiyi dar bir kadro ile yönettiği, yolsuzluk ve özel hayata ilişkin iddiaların bir gün patlayacağı, seçimlerde CHP’yi olumsuz etkileyeceği yönünde değerlendirmeler yaptığı söylendi. “Özgür Özel’i şikâyet etti” denildi.
5 Kılıçdaroğlu’nun 6 Eylül’de toplanan tüzük kurultayında güçlü bir çıkış yapması beklenirken, kurultaya gitmedi. Bu durum Kılıçdaroğlu, İmamoğlu ile anlaştı yorumlarının yapılmasına neden olmuştu.
Ben işte o yüzden son çıkışına şaşırmadım.
ÜÇ MESAJI
Kılıçdaroğlu katıldığı bir yayında üç mesaj verdi.
Biri Özgür Özel’le ilgiliydi. Özgür Özel’in tüm politikalarını sert bir şekilde eleştirdi. Başarılı bir grup başkanvekili olduğunu söyledi, ama başarılı bir genel başkan olduğunu söylemedi.
İMAMOĞLU’NA MESAJ
İki mesaj ise doğrudan Ekrem İmamoğlu’na yönelikti.
Biri, “Cumhurbaşkanı adayı olmayacağım” dedi.

Peki Ekrem İmamoğu ne yapıyor? Gücün kendisinde olduğunu biliyor. Önünde siyasi yasak davası var. Çıkacak sonuca göre hangi hamleyi yapacağını kestirmeye çalışıyor. Ama bir yandan Özgür Özel’i, diğer yandan Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu’nu kontrol ediyor.

President Erdoğan's statement, "There may be changes in the deputy chairmen as well. As you know, two of our friends in our Cabinet have been subject to change. There may be some changes there as well," created the expectation of a Cabinet change.
However, Erdoğan's statement has two legs.
CONGRESS CAN BE EXPECTED

When will this happen? The AK Party's congress process has begun. There will be a grand congress in April-May 2025. It is expected that the deputy chairmanships will change after the congress. Previously, the party administration would change at the congress, and then there would be a cabinet change. It is not clear that it will be the same this time. But the general expectation is for that tradition to continue. Because a method such as evaluating some names taken from the party administration in the Cabinet can be followed.
WILL THERE BE A RADICAL CHANGE IN THE CABINET?
2 Erdoğan has not made extensive changes to the Cabinet for a long time. When he formed the new Cabinet after the elections, he renewed it from scratch except for two ministers. There is no expectation of a radical change this time. However, it is expected that the names whose performance he thinks he is not happy with will be changed. CLAIM THAT KILIÇDAROĞLU AND İMAMOĞLU HAD A DEAL
It wouldn't be right to say that I was surprised when I watched Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu's statements about Ekrem İmamoğlu on a TV channel. Especially when he said "We are like father and son" while talking about his relationship with Ekrem İmamoğlu, I had to object by saying "This is too much". Because after saying "We are like father and son", there was no intrigue they didn't pull behind each other's backs.
First, I will briefly touch on what happened, then I will remind you of the history of how the İmamoğlu- Kılıçdaroğlu alliance was formed.
ELECTION MORNING VIDEO
Kılıçdaroğlu blocked Ekrem İmamoğlu's biggest dream, his candidacy for president, and thus blocked his path.
But Ekrem İmamoğlu was quick to take revenge. The second round of the presidential election was held on May 28, 2023. Kılıçdaroğlu lost, Erdoğan won. Ekrem İmamoğlu released a video on the morning of May 29, pressing the button for Kılıçdaroğlu's overthrow.

HE SAID THROW EKREM OFF HIS BACK
Kılıçdaroğlu said he was betrayed, and in his congress speech he announced that he was walking around with daggers in his back; it was said that one of those daggers belonged to Meral Akşener and the other to Ekrem İmamoğlu.
After being elected as the party leader, Özgür Özel and his wife visited Kılıçdaroğlu at his home. Kılıçdaroğlu said there, “Get Ekrem off your back as soon as possible. If you are a trustee, you cannot be the party leader. I will do whatever you want, I will support you.”

AGAINST THE NORMALIZATION PROCESS
1 Kılıçdaroğlu, who was disturbed by Özgür Özel's initiation of the normalization process and his visit to President Erdoğan, reacted by sending a harsh tweet.
2 Some names who acted together with Kılıçdaroğlu tried to build a bridge between Ekrem İmamoğlu and Kılıçdaroğlu.
Kılıçdaroğlu, who did not answer Ekrem İmamoğlu's calls after the 3rd CHP congress, gave the green light to dialogue.
TURNING POINT
4 Ekrem İmamoğlu visited Kılıçdaroğlu at his home on August 21, 2024. This visit was a turning point. It was said that Ekrem İmamoğlu made assessments during the meeting that Özgür Özel was managing the party with a small staff, that corruption and allegations regarding his private life would one day explode and negatively affect the CHP in the elections. It was said that “He complained about Özgür Özel.”
5 While Kılıçdaroğlu was expected to make a strong statement at the statute congress held on September 6, he did not attend the congress. This situation led to comments such as Kılıçdaroğlu reaching an agreement with İmamoğlu.

THREE MESSAGES
Kılıçdaroğlu gave three messages in a broadcast he attended.
One was about Özgür Özel. He harshly criticized all of Özgür Özel's policies. He said that he was a successful group deputy chairman, but he did not say that he was a successful general chairman.

Two messages were directly directed at Ekrem İmamoğlu.
One said, "I will not be a candidate for president."

Kılıçdaroğlu has turned towards Ekrem İmamoğlu to become the CHP chairman again. He is giving the message that he will be the CHP chairman and you will be the presidential candidate.
