Cumhurbaşkanının, ülkenin içinde bulunduğu ekonomik çöküntüyü açmak için özellikle siyasi ve sosyal platformda yeni açılıma ve dile ihtiyacı var. Nedeni çok basit, yazıp çiziyoruz: Ülke ekonomisi ve dışarıdan gelecek en azından orta vadeli yatırım.

İkisi için de ülkede “sakinliğe” ihtiyaç var.

CHP’den gelen siyasetin normalleşmesi önerisi bu talebe uygun.

Şüphesiz, içinde bulunduğumuz ekonomik koşullar, halkın derin ekonomik sıkıntıları için olsun, dış yatırım için olsun, “normalleşme” veya “yumuşama” (*) yeterli bir sakinleştirici ilaç değil. Bunların ötesinde çok daha güçlü bir “iksir”e ihtiyaç var.

İç koşullar için iksir, halka daha insanca yaşam koşulları sağlamaktır.

Dış yatırım koşulları için ise tarafsız bağımsız yargı, ifade ve medya özgürlüğü, daha demokratik bir ortam.

Dış yatırım koşulları için de halkın satın alma gücünün artırılması, gündeme gelmeyen ama zorunlu şartlardan biridir. Malını kime satacak. Gelip ancak yerli şirketleri devralma seçeneğini kullanabilir. Ama bunun için de ülkede demokratik iklimi gözetir.

EN BÜYÜK ZORLUĞU BAHÇELİ

Şimdi bu yazdığım koşulların oluşması o kadar kolay değil. Hele ülkede yatırım iklimi oluşması iktidarın en büyük sorunu. Nerede o 2005’lerin Türkiye’sine yatırım hücumu!

Erdoğan’ın (ve Şimşek’in) zamanı çok dar. 4 yıl ha deyince geçer; bu nedenle hemen adımlar atmaya başlamalılar.

Demokratikleşme ve yargıyı siyasi müdahaleden arındırma, AİHM kararlarının uygulanması, simge Gezi ucube kararlarının usulüne uygun ortadan kaldırılması öncelikle adım olabilir ama engeli var Saray’ın: Ortağı!

Erdoğan, Bahçeli ile iktidarını sürdürmek zorunda ve isteğinde ancak ortağı çok yönlü huysuz.

İKİ AÇMAZ

Huysuzluğu ortağının, ilk olarak Saray’ın Gezi tutuklularının bir şekilde serbest bırakılmasına yönelik adımı.

Saray Abdülkadir Selvi aracılığıyla bunun ortamını yaratmak istedi. Selvi gerçekten temel soruyu sordu. Tutuklu kalmalarının AKP’ye ne yararı var? (Ülkeye de!?)

Sanırım konu Bahçeli ile konuşulmadan ve oluru alınmadan açıldı. Belki de Bahçeli yoklandı, olumsuz yaklaşımı görülünce bu kez Selvi devreye girerek siyasi ortam yaratılmak istendi. Ben Erdoğan ve Şimşek’in bu ortamın yaratılması girişiminden vazgeçeceklerini sanmıyorum.

SUYU BULANDIRAN KİM?

Bahçeli, Erdoğan’ı ayrı tutarak, AKP içinde suyu bulandıranlar var diyerek, sözde AKP içinde bu politika benimseyenlere hücum etti.

Aslında bir “bulandıran” varsa, Erdoğan’ın kendisi olduğunu çok iyi biliyor.

Erdoğan bir de yumuşama-normalleşme politikasıyla “suyu bulandırdı”. Bahçeli, buna da şiddetle karşı. Bahçeli kutuplaşma ve sertlik politikasından vazgeçmiyor.

Üçüncü su bulanıklığı Sinan Ateş dosyası. Cumhurbaşkanı Ateş’in eşi ve çocuklarını kabul etti. Cinayet dosyasında ülkücü ve partiye yakın kimselerin olması, iki taraf için de çok zor konu.

AMA YARGIYA MÜDAHALEYE DEVAM

İki konu, yani Gezi tutukluları ve CHP ile normalleşmede, Bahçeli’nin“huysuzluğu” giderilebilir.

Peki Sinan Ateş cinayeti ne olacak? Erdoğan, Bahçeli’nin uzun açıklamasını okuduktan sonra İtalya öncesi kararını vermiş.

Durup dururken hâkimi savcısı derhal görevlerinden alınmaz. Belli ki MHP’nin isteği yerine getiriliyor.

Bu dosya ve dava, Cumhur İttifakı’nın ya tamam ya devam noktasıdır. Ama ne Erdoğan ne de Bahçeli konuyu bu noktaya getirme niyetinde değil. Yoksa iki taraf için de kayıp kayıp olacak.

Peki dava ne olacak? Zamana bırakılacağa benziyor ve siyasi gelişmelere.

Undoubtedly, "normalization" or "softening" (*) is not a sufficient calming medicine for the economic conditions we are in, whether for the deep economic difficulties of the people or for foreign investment . Beyond these, a much stronger "elixir" is needed.

The elixir for internal conditions is to provide more humane living conditions to the people.

For foreign investment conditions, impartial independent judiciary, freedom of expression and media, and a more democratic environment.

Increasing the purchasing power of the people is one of the conditions that are not on the agenda but are mandatory for foreign investment conditions. To whom will he sell his property? It can only use the option to come and take over local companies. But for this, it takes into account the democratic climate in the country.

BAHÇELİ IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE

Now, the conditions I wrote about are not that easy to create. Especially creating an investment climate in the country is the government's biggest problem. Where is the investment rush to Turkey in 2005!

Erdoğan 's (and Şimşek 's) time is very short. 4 years pass at once; Therefore, they should start taking steps immediately.

Democratization and purifying the judiciary from political interference, implementation of the ECHR decisions, and the proper removal of the iconic Gezi freak decisions may be the first steps, but there is an obstacle. The Palace: Its partner!

Erdoğan has to maintain his power with Bahçeli and wants to, but his partner is versatile and grumpy.

DILEMMA TWO

His grumpy partner's first step was the Palace's move to somehow release the Gezi detainees.

Saray wanted to create the environment for this through Abdülkadir Selvi. Selvi asked the really basic question. What benefit does their detention provide to the AKP? (To the country too!?)

I think the issue was opened without discussing it with Bahçeli and getting his consent. Perhaps Bahçeli was examined, and when his negative approach was seen, this time Selvi stepped in and tried to create a political environment. I do not think that Erdoğan and Şimşek will give up their attempt to create this environment.

WHO MURDERED THE WATER?

Bahçeli singled out Erdoğan and attacked those within the so-called AKP who adopted this policy, saying that there were those within the AKP who were muddying the waters .

In fact, he knows very well that if there is a "confuser" , it is Erdoğan himself .

Erdoğan also "muddyed the waters" with his policy of détente-normalization . Bahçeli is also strongly against this. Bahçeli does not give up his policy of polarization and harshness.

Third water blur Sinan Ateş file. He received President Ateş 's wife and children. The fact that there are people who are idealists and close to the party in the murder file is a very difficult issue for both sides.

BUT CONTINUE INTERVENTION IN THE JUDICIARY

Bahçeli's "grumpiness" can be resolved by normalizing two issues, namely the Gezi detainees and the CHP .

So what about the Sinan Ateş murder? Erdoğan made his decision before Italy after reading Bahçeli's long statement.

Judges and prosecutors cannot be dismissed immediately out of the blue. Apparently, MHP's request is being fulfilled.

This file and case is the make-or-break point of the People's Alliance. But neither Erdoğan nor Bahçeli intends to bring the issue to this point. Otherwise, it will be a loss for both parties.

So what about the case? It looks like it will be left to time and political developments.

(*) Normalization and softening have different contents. Özgür Özel 's is a suggestion for the natural course of politics from now on; It describes the climate between the parties in which they constantly meet with each other when necessary. The "softening" of AKP and Erdoğan does not exclude political polarization and harshness. Now he is putting them into a period of softening.
