Maalesef ezberlerimizle konuşuyoruz. Hakkınca fikri takip yapmıyoruz. Böyle olunca da asıl gerçeği ıskalıyoruz. Misal, Şevki Yılmaz için “28 Şubat’ın aktörü geri döndü” analizlerini görünce “zaten buradaydı ki” diyorum. Nasıl mı? Anlatayım...

Biliyorsunuz, 2. Abdülhamit’in 4. kuşak torununun kızı Berna Osmanoğlu ve Yiğit Onur Kaya’nın düğünü vardı. Çiftin nikâh şahitliğini yapanlardan biri İlber Ortaylı diğeri ise Şevki Yılmaz’dı. Nikâhta eline mikrofonu alan Yılmaz “Osmanlı’yı süren soysuzları lanetliyorum” dedi.

Yılmaz’la aynı karede yer aldığı için eleştirilen İlber Ortaylı ise şöyle dedi:

“Atatürk’le, Cumhuriyetle, İstiklal Savaşı komutanlarıyla didişmeye kalkan sivri zekâlıların bu faaliyetlerinin arkasında tarihçilik merakının hatta ideolojinin ağırlık kazandığına inananlardan değilim, saikler başkadır.”

Sahi, İlber Hoca haklı mıydı? Öyleyse, ne olabilirdi o başka saikler? MİKAV’ı duydunuz mu? Manevi ve İktisadi Kalkınma Vakfı’nın kısaltması. Şevki Yılmaz Rize, Belediye Başkanlığı yaparken 1994’te kurdu bu vakfı. 28 Şubat sonrası terk ettiği Türkiye’ye AKP kurulunca geri dönen Şevki Yılmaz, MİKAV’ı da yeniden diriltti. Vakfın yeni merkezi Kocaeli oldu. Elbette ki AKP iktidarı, MİKAV’ı “kamu yararına çalışan vakıf” saydı ve haliyle vergiden de muaf yaptı.

YILMAZ'IN YARGIDAKİ ADAMLARI

Peki Şevki Yılmaz, kamu yararına çalıştığı iddia edilen o vakfının çatısı altında neler yaptı? Örneğin, “Nadide Eğitim Kurumları” adıyla okullar açtı. Anaokulundan üniversiteye kadar çocukları bünyesinde topladı. Misyonlarını şöyle anlattılar: “Toplumların değişmesi ancak bireylerin değişimine bağlıydı. Zulme karşı adaletten, nefrete karşı merhametten yana olmak ahlaklı ve bilinçli nesiller yetiştirmekle mümkündü.” 

Soru şuydu: Şevki Yılmaz’ın yetiştirdiği “nesiller” ne yapacaktı? Yanıtı için Nadide Okulları’nın “Kalem & Kelâm” adlı lise dergisinin ilk sayısını inceliyorum. Dergi iki lise öğrencisinin Şevki Yılmaz’la söyleşisiyle başlıyor. Şevki Yılmaz kurucusu olduğu okulları bakın nasıl anlatıyor:

“Herkes Nadide okullarındaki talebeleri örnek alsın diye bu ismi verdik. Ve okullarla birlikte üniversite talebeleri için İzmit’te Nadide Öğrenci Yurdu’nu açtık. Bugün çok sayıda öğretmenimiz, savcımız, kaymakamımız, Yargıtay ve Danıştay uzmanlarımız var elhamdülillah. Bereketini gördük.” Ne çarpıcı değil mi?

Şevki Yılmaz lise öğrencilerine savcıları ve kaymakamları olduğunu, yüksek mahkemelerde de “bereketini gördüğü” adamlarının varlığını anlatıyordu. Biz de çıkıp “Şevki Yılmaz için savcılar göreve” diye çağrıda bulunuyoruz... Ört ki ölem!

Yine aynı söyleşide, Atatürk ilke ve inkilaplarına dair lise öğrencilerine bakın neler söylüyordu Şevki Yılmaz: “İhtilali yani darbeleri şeytan ve yandaşları yapar. İnkılabı ancak Allah yapar. İnkılap, kalbin dönmesi demektir. Kalplerimizi İslama, Rabbimizden başka kim ve hangi güç çevirebilir? Falanın ilkesi ve inkılabı tam manasıyla komik bir söz. İnsanlar ilke koyamaz, ilkeyi de Allah koyar.”

'YARININ SANCISINI SİZ ÇEKEBİLİRSİNİZ'

 Bir virgül koyayım. Bakın zamanında, Kocaeli Başiskele Belediyesi’nin Saadet Partili Meclis üyesi Kadir Öztonga, neler söylemiş Yılmaz ve vakfı hakkında:

“Vakıf adı altında bunları yapıyor, ‘kamu yararına’ diyor ama hayır, bu adam özel okul işletiyor. Ücret olarak da diğer özel okullardan daha pahalı. Ticaret yapıyor, kamu yararına bir şey yapmıyor bu adam. Ben FETÖ yapılanması gibi bir yapılanmaya benzetiyorum. Daha önce bu FETÖ’ye ne isterlerse verdiniz, şimdi bu adama ne isterse veriyorsunuz. Hem siz hem büyükşehir her türlü desteği veriyorsunuz, yarın sancısını siz çekebilirsiniz.”

Bitmedi...

Şevki Yılmaz, MİKAV çatısı altında sadece eğitim işine el atmamıştı. Bir de “Nadide Turizm” adlı bir şirketi de vardı... Bu şirket aracılığıyla Mekke turları düzenliyordu.

Oğlunun AKP milletvekili, damadının Çevre ve Şehircilik Bakanlığı Sakarya il müdürü olmasını, Kocaeli’de ona tahsis edilen mesire alanını, başkanlık referandumu için “16 Nisan’ın zaferle çıkacağına dair hadisi şerif var” demesini hatırlatmayacağım. Yaz yaz bitmez.

Başta da dediğim gibi: Şevki Yılmaz hiç gitmedi ki geri dönsün..

Unfortunately, we speak from memory. We do not follow up on ideas. When this happens, we miss the real truth. For example, when I see the analysis of Şevki Yılmaz saying "The actor of February 28 is back", I say "he was already here". How Does? Let me tell...

As you know, there was a wedding between Berna Osmanoğlu, the 4th generation granddaughter of Abdulhamit II, and Yiğit Onur Kaya. One of the couple's wedding witnesses was İlber Ortaylı and the other was Şevki Yılmaz. Yilmaz, who took the microphone in his hand at the wedding, said, "I curse the degenerates who drove the Ottoman Empire."

İlber Ortaylı, who was criticized for being in the same frame with Yılmaz, said:

"I am not one of those who believe that historical curiosity or even ideology is behind the activities of sharp-witted people who try to quarrel with Ataturk, the Republic, and the commanders of the War of Independence; the motives are different."

Really, was İlber Hodja right? So, what could those other motives be? Have you heard of MİKAV? Abbreviation for Spiritual and Economic Development Foundation. Şevki Yılmaz Rize founded this foundation in 1994, while he was the Mayor. Şevki Yılmaz, who returned to Turkey, which he left after February 28, when the AKP was established, also resurrected MİKAV. The new headquarters of the foundation became Kocaeli. Of course, the AKP government deemed MİKAV a "foundation working for the public good" and therefore made it tax exempt.

YILMAZ'S PEOPLE IN THE JUDICIAL

So, what did Şevki Yılmaz do under the roof of his foundation, which allegedly works for the public good? For example, he opened schools under the name "Nadide Educational Institutions". It gathered children from kindergarten to university. They explained their mission as follows: “The change of societies only depended on the change of individuals. Being on the side of justice against oppression and mercy against hatred was possible by raising moral and conscious generations.”

The question was: What would the "generations" raised by Şevki Yılmaz do? For the answer, I am examining the first issue of Nadide Okulları's high school magazine called "Kalem & Kelâm". The magazine begins with an interview between two high school students with Şevki Yılmaz. See how Şevki Yılmaz describes the schools he founded:

“We gave this name so that everyone could take the students of Nadide schools as an example. And together with the schools, we opened the Nadide Student Dormitory in Izmit for university students. Today, we have many teachers, prosecutors, district governors, Supreme Court and Council of State experts, alhamdulillah. “We have seen its abundance.” Isn't it striking?

Şevki Yılmaz was telling high school students that he had prosecutors and district governors, and that there were men in the high courts whose "blessings" he saw. We also come out and call for "Prosecutors to be on duty for Şevki Yılmaz"... Cover it up so I don't die!

In the same interview, look at what Şevki Yılmaz was saying to high school students about Atatürk's principles and reforms: “Revolutions, that is, coups, are made by the devil and his supporters. Only God can make the revolution. Revolution means the turning of the heart. Who and what power can turn our hearts to Islam other than our Lord? The principle and revolution of so-and-so is a completely funny statement. "People cannot set principles, but God sets the principles."

'YOU CAN SUFFER TOMORROW'S PAIN'

  Let me put a comma. Look at what Kadir Öztonga, Kocaeli Başiskele Municipality Council member from the Felicity Party, said about Yılmaz and his foundation:

“He does these under the name of the foundation, he says 'for the public good', but no, this man runs a private school. In terms of fees, it is more expensive than other private schools. This man is doing business, he is not doing anything for the public good. I liken it to a structure like FETO. Before, you gave this FETO whatever they wanted, now you give this man whatever he wants. "Both you and the metropolitan municipality provide all kinds of support, you can bear the pain tomorrow."

It's not over...

Şevki Yılmaz did not only engage in education under the umbrella of MİKAV. He also had a company called "Nadide Turizm"... He was organizing Mecca tours through this company.

I will not remind you that his son is an AKP deputy, his son-in-law is the Sakarya provincial director of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, the recreation area allocated to him in Kocaeli, and his saying about the presidential referendum, "There is a hadith that says April 16 will be victorious." Summer never ends.

As I said at the beginning: Şevki Yılmaz never left so he could come back..
