Bugün Türkiye’nin sarsıcı bir şekilde yaşadığı ekonomik krizden, yönetim krizine, hukuksuzluktan eğitimdeki kalite kaybına, sokaklarımızda yaşanan şiddetten dış politikadaki savrulmalara kadar her şeyin bu kadar içler acısı halde olması bu ülkede yaşayanlar olarak hepimizi derinden yaraladığı kesin.
Türkiye’yi aralıksız tam 22 yıldır, bir dönem benim de milletvekilliği yaptığım AK Parti iktidarı yönetiyor. Her ne kadar ilk 12-13 yılda doğru işler yapıldığını, özellikle hukuk, özgürlükler ve kalkınma konusunda pozitif adımlar atıldığının altını çizerek son on yılda yaşananları görmezlikten gelmeye çalışsak da artık kimseyi inandıramıyoruz.
Çünkü Türkiye öylesine bir yönetim krizi yaşıyor ki iktidarın yönetmekte sıkıntı çektiği bütün kriz dönemlerinde ustaca kullandığı pırıltılı ‘hamaset’ sloganları bile artık memleketin acı gerçeklerini ve yönetim erkinin günahlarını örtmeye yetmiyor.
Bir gün çıkıp, Türkiye Yüzyılı gösterisiyle en güçlü ülkesi olduğumuzu, uçak gemileri, İHA’lar, SİHA’lar yaptığımızı, aya sert inişler yapmaya hazırlandığımızı ve Avrupa’nın bile bizi kıskandığınızı söylüyoruz. Sonra da “İsrail tehlikesinin ülkemize yaklaştığı” korkusunu yayarak, adeta her isteyenin elini kolunu sallayarak ülkemize saldırabileceği gibi garip bir korkuya kapılıyoruz…
Bir gün çıkıp, dünyanın en güçlü ilk on ekonomisinden birisi olma yolunda dev adımlarla ilerlediğimizi bütün dünyaya ilan ediyoruz ama ne hikmetse emeklilere 12.500, asgari ücretlilere ise 17 bin lirayı reva görüyoruz. Bu arada ülkeleri ekonomik koşullarına göre değerlendiren Hanke’nin Yıllık Sefalet Endeksi’ne göre,157 ülkenin yer aldığı bu endekste Türkiye’nin, 2022’de sefaletin en yüksek olduğu 10. ülke olarak yer aldığını da belirtelim. Bir başka gün çıkıp, teröristlerin ayakkabı numaralarını bile tespit edebilecek bir istihbarata sahip olduğumuz yalanını üretiyoruz, muhtemelen devletimiz gerekli istihbaratı sağlayamadığı için de sokaklarımızın elde silah çatışanların, mafya ve çetelerin cirit attığı mekanlar hale gelmesini sadece seyrediyoruz.
Dahası, onlarca hastane, onlarca doktorun bir araya gelip “yenidoğan çetesi” oluşturarak bebeklerin hayatı üzerinden hırsızlık yapmasından devletin haberi bile olmuyor. Bu çürüme sadece ‘kötülüğün sıradanlaşması’nın değil, devletin yani Sağlık Bakanlığı’nın denetim görevini yapmadığının da en bariz göstergesidir. İş işten geçtikten sonra Sağlık Bakanı çıkıyor, “Gizli takipteydik” diye açıklama yapıyor. Ama 21 bebeğin ölümüne yol açan çete, Mayıs 2023’te CİMER’e şikayet edildiği halde, o dönemde İstanbul Sağlık Müdürü olan bakan, aylar boyunca hastaneler hakkında neden işlem yapılmadığını açıklamıyor. Çete çökertildikten ancak 11 ay sonra 17 hastanenin kapısına kilit vuruluyor.
Maalesef 22 yıl sonra ülkemizde vahim manzara ile karşı karşıyayız. Hiçbirimiz yarınımızdan emin değiliz. Çürüme o kadar derin ki adaletin terazisinin bozulmasından korkar haldeyiz, devlet işlemez hale geldiği için korkuyoruz, sokaklarımıza salınan katillerden korkuyoruz, bebeklerimizi gözü dönmüş hırsızlara kaptıran hastanelerden korkuyoruz, köşe başında her an karşımıza çıkabilecek eli silahlı çetelerden korkuyoruz.
Eğitim için çocuklarımızı emanet ettiğimiz okullarımızın önünde tezgah kuran uyuşturucu tacirlerinden çok ama çok korkuyoruz.
İnsanların her gün “acaba bugün sokakta başımıza ne gelecek” diye endişe ve korkuyla yaşadığı bir ülkede devletin varlığından söz edebilir miyiz ya da gerçekten bu ülkeyi yöneten bir iktidarın varlığından emin olabilir miyiz?
Acı ama ne yazık ki emin değiliz…
Zira bu ülkede anayasa konuşulduğunda, Beştepe’de kim adına konuştuğu bilinmeyen bir danışman milletvekillerine, bakanlara Meclis Başkanı’na ayar verebiliyor ve kimsenin sesi çıkmıyor…
Ankara’nın göbeğinde güpegündüz katledilen eski Ülkü Ocakları Başkanı Sinan Ateş katlediliyor, adaletin nasıl işlediğine kimse akıl sır erdiremiyor ve herkes MHP’nin işaretine bakıyor… Dahası, günlerdir Narin cinayetinin katili açıklanamıyor…
Kısacası kelimenin tam anlamıyla ülke yönetilemiyor, kurumlar kontrol edemiyor, hiçbir şey denetlenemiyor.
İşte memleketin gerçek hali bu… İktidarımızın 22 yıl sonra oluşturduğu yoksulluğun, yolsuzluğun, adaletsizliğin, liyakatsizliğin sıradanlaştığı Türkiye’nin fotoğrafı yani… Bu manzaradan, herkes payına düşen günahı seçip alabilir…
It is certain that the deplorable state of everything, from the economic crisis that Turkey is experiencing today to the governance crisis, from lawlessness to the loss of quality in education, from the violence on our streets to the deviations in foreign policy, has deeply wounded all of us living in this country.
Turkey has been governed by the AK Party government, for exactly 22 years without interruption, for which I was also a member of parliament. Although we try to ignore what has happened in the last ten years by emphasizing that the right things were done in the first 12-13 years, and that positive steps were taken especially in terms of law, freedoms and development, we can no longer convince anyone.
Because Turkey is experiencing such a crisis of governance that even the glittering slogans of "heroism" that the government has skillfully used in all periods of crisis when it has difficulty governing are no longer enough to cover up the painful realities of the country and the sins of the governing authority.
One day, we come out and say with the show of the Turkish Century that we are the most powerful country, that we have built aircraft carriers, UAVs, and SIHAs, that we are preparing to make hard landings on the moon, and that even Europe is jealous of us. Then, by spreading the fear that “the Israeli threat is approaching our country”, we are seized by a strange fear that anyone who wants can attack our country with no hesitation…
One day we go out and announce to the whole world that we are taking giant steps towards becoming one of the world's top ten economies, but for some reason we see 12,500 liras for retirees and 17,000 liras for minimum wage earners. Meanwhile, let's also state that according to Hanke's Annual Misery Index, which evaluates countries according to their economic conditions, Turkey is ranked as the 10th country with the highest misery in 2022 in this index of 157 countries. Another day we go out and produce the lie that we have intelligence that can even detect terrorists' shoe sizes, and probably because our state cannot provide the necessary intelligence, we just watch as our streets become places where people clash with guns, mafia and gangs run wild.
Moreover, the state is not even aware of the fact that dozens of hospitals and doctors come together to form a “newborn gang” and steal from the lives of babies. This decay is not only the most obvious indicator of the “ordinariness of evil” but also that the state, namely the Ministry of Health, is not doing its duty of supervision. When it is too late, the Minister of Health comes out and makes a statement saying, “We were under secret surveillance.” However, although the gang that caused the death of 21 babies was reported to CİMER in May 2023, the minister, who was the Istanbul Health Director at the time, did not explain why no action was taken against the hospitals for months. Only 11 months after the gang was dismantled, the doors of 17 hospitals were closed.
Unfortunately, after 22 years, we are faced with a dire situation in our country. None of us are sure about our future. The decay is so deep that we are afraid of the scales of justice being disrupted, we are afraid because the state has become dysfunctional, we are afraid of the murderers released into our streets, we are afraid of the hospitals that lose our babies to ruthless thieves, we are afraid of the armed gangs that can appear at any moment on the corner.
We are very, very afraid of the drug dealers who set up stalls in front of the schools where we entrust our children for education.
Can we talk about the existence of a state in a country where people live in fear and anxiety every day wondering "what will happen to us on the streets today?" or can we be sure of the existence of a government that really governs this country?
It's a pity but unfortunately we are not sure...
Because when the constitution is discussed in this country, an advisor in Beştepe, whose name is unknown, can give orders to the MPs, ministers and the Speaker of the Parliament, and no one speaks out…
Former Ülkü Ocakları Chairman Sinan Ateş, who was murdered in broad daylight in the heart of Ankara, is being murdered, no one can understand how justice works and everyone is looking at the MHP sign… Moreover, the murderer of Narin's murder has not been revealed for days…
In short, the country literally cannot be governed, institutions cannot be controlled, nothing can be supervised.
This is the real state of the country... This is the picture of Turkey where poverty, corruption, injustice and incompetence, which our government has created after 22 years, have become commonplace... Everyone can choose their share of sins from this view...
